BTW - More Frequent El Ninos, & La Ninas are part of the signs of Global Warming. While Global Warming is an increase in over all atmopheric temps, it's also characterized by more extreme weather - including more intense Hurricanes/typhoons,Droughts, floods etc.
No - Bush can't be blamed for causing Global Warming - at least no more so than anyone else. But his political view haven't done much to help look for solutions to the problem either. Remember the Kyoto Accords (I think that how it spelled) - which is an international group of nation - looking to impose restrictions on Greenhouse emissions on developed nations. Bush pulled the U.S. out of them - because he said it would hurt our economy. When the truth is we would have had to develop lots of new jobs to help make our industries more eco-friendly. But the basic technology was already in existence - the industries just need converting over.
You seriously believe that global warming is a fact! It is not a fact it is a stupid democrat's attempt to blame a republican for something!
