It official... it appraised for FULL ASKING!!! We were prepared to pay 10g cash above appraisal. Thought for sure it wouldn't go up to asking. But it did!!!! IT DID!!!!!!
The inspection has been done.... he said it was a very "clean" house. The appraisal was the wall we were afraid of... we knew we could lose this house because of it.
WE GOT IT! WE GOT IT! WE GOT IT! WE GOT IT!

LOL! Thanks guys! You were there with me through it! What a beast it was. I still can't believe it appraised right on. That's 10g we can put towards getting new stuff for the house.
I go back to work tomorrow after being off 2 months. Wish me luck with that one too. I've been feeling really good, but I'm so excited right now.... well, let's just say my heart isn't liking it. But they found a couple of more problems with me that are "fixable", so maybe that will turn my heart condition around.

The babies always make me feel good when they feel good. Sometimes when you cuddle on them you feel such a power of love that you never want to put them down.

Yup. But it's all good. I've played hard and been very neglectful of my health. My motto... "Ignore it and see it it goes away". We've found lots of things wrong that hopefully we can fix so I can get off these heart meds.
Non-compliance is a medical condition. I got smart this time and told my new doc up front. She got in my driver's seat and it's helping me stay on track tremendously. I got lucky this time.... it could have killed me. I hope I learned.

Dood.... it scares the cr@p out of me. Thankfully we won't have to be out of here for a couple of months so we'll have that time to move from this one to the new house.
OMG! I can't believe we got it!

Don't I know it, its what pretty much ended my moms life at Christmans.
jeezo girl, I had no idea you'd been suffering. All this house stuff could not have been a good thing. Heck, I was feeling stress for you!!!
You aren't that old, young people aren't supposed to be that sick! Right? Keep yourself healthy, you have a great house to move into. And those tanks.....ugh. I hated transfering 2 tanks to another room so we could refinish our hardwoods. Do you have to move far?

I'm tough as nails. One time I sliced myself GUUUUD with a box cutter across my leg. I was like Oh Oh. I could see right in through my leg. I couldn't get it to stop bleeding but I worked the night before... I had to work that night again. I didn't want to go to the ER. So I duct taped it. Figured if I woke up and it had stopped bleeding, it was a good decision. If it didn't stop bleeding... well... I wouldn't wake up to know it was a bad one. That was pretty much my outlook on life. I had a lot of fun, but it's time to stop..... and to think of others. I had a bag packed for the last couple of months figuring I'd end up in the ER in serious trouble.... all I could think about is where that would leave our family. That's why I'm hoping I've smartened up this time.
Well that's all kinds of serious......
BTW, I lost some tissue on my leg from not getting it sewn up because it narcotized.... it turned out to be a bad decision vanity wise.
