I think most of my posts have been in the General forum... LOL.
I use super glue for all my hand cuts at work. We use this alcohol gel a kazillion times a night and the super glue keeps it out of the cuts. The only thing is fluids can get trapped under there as well as bacteria, so ya have to be careful with the deeper ones.

HEY RENEE....You do realize I never got my pictures
the family shot by the sold sign.....:(
We just got it last night and only ran inside for a sec yesterday after Morgan's graduation ceremony. The sign, however, is already down... they must have removed it when it funded on Monday.

I somehow bet you'll never see Kate in it. We have been reduced to just periodic visits. She's moving out to go to UCLA. Exciting times for her... lonely times for us.
But we are actually not moving in just yet. We have a few things to tear apart and paint. We might not be fully in there until a month or more. We have until the end of August to get out of this place, so we are using all of it to set up tanks over there and let the sand settle before we move the fish.

The pic will be the family painting picture... minus Kate. Gonna pay the little worker bees to help us paint.

No, she graduated a couple of years ago and went to community college to complete the transferable courses. She now needs to go to University to finish her degree to become a Teacher.
Morgan, the middle child/eldest boy, just graduated highschool.

Congrats. BTW, they always appraise for asking price here in Ca. We even asked for $18K back for repairs. Guess what, it appraised for the asking price plus the 18K right on the dot. Strange coincidence, huh?

I'm in California. The last 4 houses, the appraisal came no where near asking. One was 100g off and the other was 60g and 70g.

I realize that you are in Ca, but haven't heard of homes not appraising for the asking price. Maybe something recent due to the criticism in the lending arena. The appraisal issue is part of why Ca is in such a mess. The appraisers would get repeat business if they agreed to appraise properties for the asking price. It's common knowledge in our area that the appraisal is not an issue. Our loan officer was a crook. She basically told us where to lie in order to make the loan fly. She set up the appraiser, homeowners insurance, debt counseling, etc., in order to qualify for a 100% loan with $0 down payment.
