Yes, the power is out all around me...... people that I know called me saying that they're power has been off for a couple of hours already. Homes and businesses down the street from me are out of power. Somehow I am lucky enough to still have it. LOL...... mine is usually the first to go out and the last to come back on.

yep power out for many hours today. the first frost for us was yesterday so it beat it by a day. Global warming.HAAHAHA It is suppose to get in the 20"s tonight.

Snow here as well.......It's stopped, but no power loss here. My parents in Middletown have been out since 7 this morning.....Not suppose to get power till tomorrow about 2pm.....Thankfully they have a whole house generator.

I drive for UPS Freight and weather doesn't keep the big rigs off the roads......Which it would keep some of the idiots indoors though.....Was running all day today though....

The roads were pretty clear here.... just a lot of downed trees, power lines, etc...

We had our first frost earlier this week, and last weekend I had a weird feeling about the weather turning.....Weird though....was out on the bike last weekend but spent the afternoons stacking wood......Funny part is my buddy who wasn't concerned about helping me haul wood down from my brother-in-laws farm last weekend, is now calling and bitching about wanting to come over and steal a bit of wood from me......NAAAAH!!!!!!!!

It just started to flurry out where I live on Long Island, but further west on the island saw more. I have to drive to Albany tomorrow morning, definitely not looking forward to the drive after seeing the news of how much snow WestChester and the Lower Hudson Valley of NY got today :-/
