I noticed, once other corals start to grow near other corals.. they start to split way faster.. I think its a survival of the fittest thing. My red zoas use to only have 1 head for like 5 months, never grew or split, then once I put that huge zoa rock near them, they started splitting like crazzy, I have about 6heads I htink now.
Now with the candy canes, never split just seemed to grow larger and larger, but now the Xenia seems to be making its way towards the candy canes, they are all splitting lol.
The rics did the same ever since the FS has been growing like a weed,,,
And the FS has done the same ever since it got squashed inbetween the xenia and rics...
Those were my observations lol.
