If he was little, and the cuc got to him...probably not...I know my tank is bigger, BUT I have had a fish die and I coould not get to it, just left it, and never had a problem
Just test to be sure...maybe do a small w/c later too....can't hurt

I did a water change yest. Wont another one be to soon?
poor little Oscar, my g.f is going to be sad she liked him. When I told her I was going to give him back to the LFS she screamed at me haha.
So now if he is dead, soemthing caused it. Does this mean I should hold off on buying any other fish? How long should I?
All the other inverts seem to be perfectly normal. All are accounted for and doing fine.

KAT....Sometimes fish just die....LOL....there doesn't have to be a reason.
If you would feel more comfortable...just go buy another small inexpensive fish and see how it does.
REMEMBER...he had a spot....I know it MAY HAVE been nothing, but do we really know for sure.

But see that spot is what I'm worried about haha, if it was soemthing that may have killed him I dont want to go out and buy expensive fish just to have the die also.
I guess I can buy another cheap green cromis, I think there on sale for $5 at big als this week also.
How long should shipping be for live goods? I found a site that has some nice corals and inverts for cheap but they have all sorts of shipping methods. So I';m not sure which one would be good for live goods.

Most live goods need to be shipped overnight
SOME...(I do not know which, but the site should tell you) snails and stuff can go 2day...
Just make sure you see what they list

well they have a method for live goods but its $65 and I think thats more for other countries.

I emaild the site and asked the guy where hes located and told him where I'm located and what he would suggest.
I think I'm just going to buy corals and snails off this site.

I think my cerith snail isnt a cerith snail
It looks like a conch, but a tiny one. Cerith snails have the elongated shells, no? This one has more of a conch shell. Also it doesnt burry itself i nthe sand all that much. It usually hangs out on the glass or ontop of the sand bed. It has 2 beedy eyes and one horn looking thing sticking out of its head. only the eyes and horn stick out of the shell.

and Oscar(green cromis) dissapeared this morning! Havent been able to find him
No bodies nothing just vanished lol

So I've been talking to that guy from the online fishstore he said since I live so close to it, if I make an appointment with him I can just come by the factory and pick up w.e I want to buy to skip the shipping fees!
