IDK....Do you have a dip or crevice it can be put in? Both of mine had a flat base, so it was easy

You can look for another spot like Meowzer suggested or, you can just leave it and the polyps, with proper water parameters and lighting, will expand to cover the bottom of the rock.

nowhere else to put it. I'm trying to keep things away from the FS so it doesnt get stung. So I cant trim it forsure?

You can try. Take it out use a chisel or screwdriver to try to knock the bottom off. May work, you may make a mess. Or if you have a dremel tool with a cutoff wheel then you could cut the bottom off. This would work better and cleaner.

What is to the right of the favia....looks like a crevice to me...or can you seperate two rocks, and place the favia in between?

Nope, at my g.f's house. I can post a pic a of 1 or 2 o clock.
But there isnt any othe rplce to put them my tanks all planned out haha.

I'm not cutting the acctual coral itself in half lol.. Im cutting the coral fro mthe live rock! To make it more even with the LR I already have i nthe tank!
