I woke up to see my plate almost ontop of the hairy shrooms

The shrooms are all closed, and the plate is swollen where it was touching the shrooms.
Are both of them going to die??? What should I do, if I can even do anything??

LOL...Calm down.....just move them to opposit sides of the tank.,I do not know if there is anything else that you can do

False alarm! Everyone bounced back up lol. They all look fine cept the shrooms are smaller today but that could be from anything.

I needed to know if I had to do a W/C or something since shroom let out toxins in the water when bothered.

Because I read that when hairy mushrooms are threatend they release a toxin into the water as a deffence. So when I saw the plate corals tenticles all over the shrooms I figured it would react to the stings and release the toxins, and if the toxins were released then it would most likely effect the other corals around it or in the tank since its only 10g.
