why is it that you have to turn them off at 10? Can you put them on from like 12 - 8? if you have school during this time, you can get a timer... they're relatively inexpensive... i got mine for like $15.

as long as you can block the light out from outside after 2. It's best to have it with the flow of the day, if you can, but whatever you can work out, as long as it's at least 7 hours!

draw the blinds... so they have some form of night time... you don't want it to be daytime from 7:30 until the sun goes down...
