You could do the two clowns u have, but I wouldn't recommend anything else. Scooter blennies and Mandarins need an established tank with at least 100 pounds of rock(your tank is too small to have that much) and tangs are WAAAYYY to much for a 29. How about the 2 clowns that you have, a dwarf angel (lemonpeel if you like yellow tangs) and a few small fish
