"Man I wish I could get some of these. I have PC 460 watts in my 55 gallon."
Actually 460 watts in a 55 is perfect for most montipora caps and they gain great color under under both PC and T-5 set ups. In fact some of the best colored caps I have ever seen were under PC and T-5 lighting. It just takes a bit more than light to keep them happy though. Good turnover in a 55 I would say around 3000 GPH and a constant stable calcium and alkalinity supplementation.
