Whats the trick to getting the Monti-swirl? Place them next to each other and clip them so they grow in a certain direction?

old picture close up from top down of my pink polyp atlantis cap its alot bigger now and swirled 2 times completely and starting on its third
this is a recent full tank its the cap to the left of the anemone
i have some other caps through out the tank as u can see but the pink polyp looks nice
