I've got some spots along the sandbed in the lower part of my tank. I've been able to clean most of it off, however there is some still where the rock meets the glass. I can't get my damn magnet in there lol! Toothbrush will work!
Itll happen! My coraline is blooming now! Plus I have more starting up(green hard algae on the rocks). What ever you do dont buy purple up! It does work but puts your calcium levels off the charts plus puts extra phosphates into the water which will feed alage!

My 225 is a year old, and it finally seems like the coraline is taking off....the 54g was a pre-established reef tank when i got it last August...It is only recently grown "green" coraline on the back glass
My NEWEST tank the 29g started in April is already growing green coraline on the bakc and red on the rocks
every tank is different...but YES it will come

haha and my 29g when it was set up my whole rock was coverd. and now my 95g that was started 2 months ago is going crazy with coraline.
like meozwer said. every tank is different. scrub the rock that has coraline. thats what i do!
GEEZ...I had a couple disappear in the 225...I have 2 doing great in the 54g...a new one int he 225 that appears fine...and have not yet tried on in the 29g..OKAY ALREADY!!
Found my alternative for my light! I removed the middle of the base of the light to fit around the bar and it works great! As you can see my Nemos hangout in the shadow!!!
