$9.75 per pair but moisture resistant socket protection. Don't know if you need it or not but these are a really well built endcap.

Did you see the picture Corey posted of an outer orbit showing the T5 ends???
This is what the one I ordered looks like.....and I have a shield over the whole section too

Well the new sockets arrived the other day....and since we are both home this morning we decided (WELL I DECIDED) we would change them
not really hard.....there were ears broken off 2 sockets...BUT 2 sockets of different lights

....so we changed them both
went to put lights on....the uv bulb flickered and tried BUT would not come on....HMMMM....so we change a few bulbs around...and GUESS WHAT....The freakin light bulb is no good....
funny...it was working (sort of) when we switched them the last time, BUT I now think the bulb was going bad It was only a few months old....it was a UVL super actinic...and LUCKILY I save all my old bulbs.....it seems the 420 actinics match...SOOOO for now that is what is in there....they look the same and since I have 8 T5HO's I'm not really worried
I have no plans of changing my T5's until June......and If I put one new one.....I know I have to change them all....so I am sure this will be okay for now

I'm going to start replacing my T-5 bulsb on my 6 light fixture. seems to save lump costs that I'm going to do it in 2 bulb increments, so say next month I'll do the front two bulbs, then the next month the middle and then the back. not only do I not have to shell out 120 bucks at once this way, but I don't think I'll have to do anything to light acclimate the corals if i do it in small sections.

You mean those stock Current bulbs? I'd love to hear what difference you can see.
I hope to start switching mine out maybe next month.

not really, its only 3 differnet changes and doing them in order, pretty simple imo.
If i wasn't doing them in order then yes it would probably get crazy.
Yes slice, thats going to be my next purchase i think. its been about a year now so time to start changing them out for some GOOD bulbs.
