If you will do 40 pounds live rock plus that corner tank for $150 I will come get it. Snap me a few photos if at all possible.

Is the sump still available and what price please? Sorry to hear about your house.
I just paid 400 for this about 10 months ago off of Orca Systems. I would sell it for 200.00 which would include shipping, the protein skimmer, dual pc lights, 1000 gph return pump, plumbing, hoses both ways, and a good bit of chaeto.

I was hoping I wasnt going to have to break this down, but I think its pretty obvious that Im only going to be able to piece it out. Ill make up a list and post it as soon as I get a chance.

I think you are talking about the sump itself, are you talking about the tank thingy thats sitting on the carpet in the pictures of the open cabinet? Thats the sump. 2 lines run into the side of water coming down from the pipes in the tank, run through the first part, which is the skimmer, plus I have a small heater in there... then it flows under the first wall and into section 2... through the lights and chaeto and into section 3, your return pump, pumping back to the tank. Theres a filter in the pump that occassionally gets clogged, so I plumbed a pipe up out of it that has an area that you can

[hr]
the cap off and take the pump out without too much effort.
Also, Im assuming you have a drilled tank, or do you have corner hang on overflow boxes?

Also, if this still sounds like what you need, how long will it be before you need it? Id like to get the rock and livestock out before shutting down the sump, which is my main water maintenance.

Do you still have the live rock, if so I may be interested. Let me know how much for all of it?

Live Rock I am going to start at 3.75/lb, which would get cheaper with larger quantities. Shipping additional. Very good stuff in there. 2 have corals attached. One is electric green star polyps, the other is the mushroom leather you see at the top of the rock in the pictures, its on a pretty big rock. the stars are on a small/medium size rock which is covered in thick purple coraline.
A couple corals in there I would give free with a rock purchase and pick up. Hairy mushroom, sun coral, purple mushroom, orange mushroom. Large eye zoas, 2 head frogspawn, both heads splitting.

Looks like I have it all, minus 20ish pounds for morphii once I get in there. I will try to get an exact weight. The one really big piece has the mushroom leather attached, but I have it originally on a mexican turbo snail which I attached, so I may be able to pry it off without too much trouble. If you can take care of the mushroom leather, Id highly recommend it tho. Thats a big round piece of rock its on, and the way it sits on top... I love watching the polyps sway back and forth in the evenings. The electric stars are on a decent size smaller piece.... but theres a couple real big pieces in there.

I have a 26 gallon tank right now with holes drilled but I do plan on upgrading at some point too. I'm sure this sump would be more than nessasary for now but later it could save me some money. My tank is just starting to cycle now. Nothing but rock so far so i'm in no hurry if you have to wait a bit to break it down. Also how much for the RO?

54 looks just like this one for the most part, except the one in the picture is a 92, and is cleaned up on the glass.

The RO is an airwaterice brand. Looked on their website and it looks very much like the Typhoon 3. No TDS with this one though. Just the 3 filters on their site are 15-20 dollars each.
