Yeah i have had 3 of those aiptasias on that frag that i been fighting for awhile now but i think i finally got rid of them. I used some Aiptasia Killer or something iforget name of it. But it seems to have worked for last 2 days now. I havent seen em come back yet thanks gooodness. And yes that is an Orchid Dottyback and he is Semi Agressive. Mainly likes to act like he gonna do something but then he backs off.

and looks like your yashia and pistol is hanging out front now?
You should definately get a pom pom crab! Totally reef safe. You may not see it all the time, but when you do, it's always a special treat!~

the least I could do is stop by and correct you. seeing as you took the time to do that for me! ok.. let's start with "I havent seen em come back yet thanks goodness" OK , first of all "em" is not really a word and thank goodness in stead of "thanks goodness" is better. ok so i have a question, Anyone know what is causing these palys to start looking like this ? It has been doing this for about 3 weeks now. It appears they are starting to shrink or something. before they were big and bright and nice looking now they looking wierd.,

Ok added me a peppermint shrimp to try and take care of the 3 aiptasias i have. Here he is and here is a couple pics of my orchid dottyback harrasing it as soon as it got in the tank.
Also anyone know whats with these zoos ? they appear to be melting away
I have noticed they look kind of slimy like and just melting away everyday. were like 11 polyps or so now its only 7 i think

You know what??? That is soooo weird because my palys that were exactly like that started diminishing, and I had no clue why because they were doing so well! One morning, my larger colony fell off of the rocks and I picked it up and when I did, I noticed a critter in the center of them that looked exactly like a black tick. No kidding. It looked like a tick. I immediately threw the whole thing in the trash. I'm crazy like that... I saw red bubble algae growing on a a few frag plugs of some zoas that I bought from Alti and I tossed the whole frags because I didn't want that crazy stuff to spread in my tank. I know that I could have removed the zoas and glued them somewhere, but I don't have stuff on hand to do that kind of stuff. When I saw that black tick looking thing, I didn't want to pick it off, so I just tossed the whole thing.
I wonder if you might have something that is hiding somewhere within them eating or bothering yours like I did with mine? Because it's just too weird for them to be doing well and everything else is doing well except for those palys? Check them out closely and see if you can see anything "odd" going on....
