hmm where is fish2morrow? Dallas North can't be all that cheaper than The True Percula. The last time I went there on my way back to houston they had a mantis in their tanks along the outside wall. A huge one, it was really cool. They had decent fish, and well thought out and build store. The problem is when you poor boy stuff like I still have to do, they are too rich for my blood.
Yeah, Dallas North's corals are overpriced. Most of their fish are decently priced though.
Fish2Morrow is on the corner of Beach and Basswood in North Fort Worth, about 2 miles east of I-35W.

How new is that? My inlaws live on western center and beach, I can't believe I was right there and never knew about that store? Is it in that blockbuster parking lot?

We must have just missed each other, although I'm not too sure which one of your avatars you look like. I was there yesterday @ about 5:00. The lady working there was not in a good mood for sure. She's always been snippy somewhat. I bought a Stainless heater because my old one shocked me last week when I did my water change.

Because there is a place and a time for everything. And this isn't the place.
Go ahead start a thread, and I'll walk you through how you are wrong. Not that you'd listen anyway.

all I want is to read a thread without having some little inaccurate snide remark that has nothing to do with the thread degrading someone and who has been villified by people with a certain agenda.

It's fairly new, open for about 9 months. It's on the south-western corner of Beach and Basswood by a Chase bank.

I don't think married life has been good for scsinet... He hasn't been on here in a while, that I've seen...
He mentioned in another thread that he was having issues with his ISP. His provider sold and the new company is dropping private clients or something like that. He did mention that he would try to stay in touch through work.

Ours went out of business about a 2 months ago. There goes that job
. But the good part we got $900 worth of pond pumps and filters for $60. Also we got a Comair Eagle 5000 for $10.It retails $1050. I felt so sorry for the owner he morgaged his house and everything.

Is it bad that I now want to go back and "visit the folks" just to see a new lfs in fort worth.

if you visit the LFS first, then yes. if you go after seeing the folks, then no. if you excuse yourself from dinner and sneak out to the LFS, then return and make some excuse about not bein able to find the bathroom, you need serious medical help.

Well Wet Pets has been revived. I walked in there today to look to see if any of the prices came down and to admire my new 120 gallon.... well the point is John ran up to me and was like "Have you heard?" I just looked at him and replied "UH, No, What?" Then he informed me that someone bought the store and is keeping it open. So then in utter shock I said " Im still getting my tank right?" And he reassured me I would still be getting it as soon as they put the corals and LR in a different tank.
Good news: Store stays open and I dont have to drive to Akron for Saltwater stuff.

Bad news: I dont get to have his RO/DI filter.

nice AV, Alix. I'm with you it's a long drive to the northwest side of Akron just to buy salt. (With shipping the Drs was cheaper.)
Good to hear it's not closing
