geeeeeeeeeeeeeeza....decode that answer for me
1) What are you talking about?
2) is the white part dead?
3) will the white keep spreading to the whole piece if I don't frag it?
come on rebel bama...whats the answer hmmmmmm

lol its rapid tissue something...
yeah more then liekly itd keep spreading. from the looks it seems completly dead and more than likely wont come back. When it happens it can take a whole colony out overnight. Happened to me before....
But fragging could save the rest of it for you lol

I would frag off the white part and then frag the remaining into two pieces. This way you have two different colonies that can be placed in two different areas of the tank. Will it spread? Not sure but it wouldn't hurt to play it safe.

agree with JA here. Frag the colony into two parts with none of the white part at all. Even if you have to cut some of the good part away, which you should do, to ensure all of the white is gone. Then place in two different spots in the tank, both with good flow and light.
RTN is a biatch. I have had two millipora colonies that the tissue has turned to dust in a 24 hour period. Just blew right off the skeleton with a turkey baster.
