Sorry that you're weren't feeling well. I was absent for a week for similar reasons :-(
Glad to hear that you're one step closer!

Well, I am sure a lot of you have been wondering where I have been and what has been going on with my tank build. I have had some set backs, but I am ready to move forward now that I have a little money ahead to move forward.. I have still yet to get my tank drilled because I can not find a dependable person to help me drill it. I can not lift the tank myself so it is hard for me to drill it myself, I think to be able to move forward I may just go with a CPR over flow on the 75 gal tank for now. I do have an internal overflow that I had purchased but I just may store it away and use it for an upgrade later on. If I do it this way then I can move forward with the build and get the tank up and running. I have ordered more stuff and if I do not get the tank drilled tomorrow like it is supposed to be then I will place the order for the CPR overflow with lifter pump. I am going to wait until the tank is cycled and running before getting my skimmer. I have ordered the lockline for my returns and also ordered a new pump for the sump which is rated at 692gph which will be here tomorrow and will keep the one that I had purchased before as a back up. I also ordered 3 more Koralia 750's for the tank also which should be here tomorrow. I received my box of salt the other day so that is here. After I decide what overflow I am going to go with and get the tank ready to go I will place the order from here for my live rock. I really wish I could get the tank drilled because I already have the overflow but it just may not happen, really wish there were dependable people that I could get to help.. Well that is the update for now I will keep everyone updated on the progress.

Hey, Scott...long time no see. Sorry to hear about the drilling issue. If I lived a little bit closer I would come help you out for sure. Glad to see you're still moving forward though. Keep us posted.

Thanks Corey, I know that you would come and help I wish some of you lived closer to me also, if ya'll did then I would have had this tank up and running by now. Oh I have planned on moving forward, but you know life sometimes gets in the way. LOL

Thanks Gemmy, I just have a bunch of unreliable people in my family I am just glad that I am nothing like any of them. I am ok with going with the CPR overflow if that is the way I need to go and like I said I can keep the internal overflow for an upgrade so it is not money lost it is an investment.

Was wondering where you have been Scott. Good to see you back! We have so many choices to make in life. We cannot choose our family though, so we have to make the most of it.

Yeah I know that you can not choose your family and I love my family and would do anything for them, but sometimes it does not go the other way around with them.

Thanks Lois, I know they work I have read much about them and know that others on here use them also. I was just looking forward to doing the internal overflow, but if that doesnt work out I just want to be able to get the tank going its been way to long...

Just a little update again today. I got my 3 new Koraila 750's today and will get the new pump tomorrow. Again the person that was supposed to come and help me drill the tank today never showed and has not answered my calls or texts. So, I placed the order for the CPR overflow today it will be here on Thursday so this weekend will be setting up the tank.. Yay finally, I know that I really wanted to drill the tank, but I will just be happy to get the tank up and running. I will post pictures as soon as more of the stuff gets here..

I am sorry about your drilling Scott - I wish I could help you out, where do you live again. Can you take it to a glass shop - it would be cheaper than buying a CPR
