Check to see if in your sump there are bubbles coming from your baffles, maybe the pump is too close to your baffles.

Al dont see a lot of bubbles in the sump, I dunno I will check its more and let everyone know..... Its seems that they are just coming out of the end pieces not the pieces with just one hole in it I will take pics and show you!

The micro bubbles are coming out of these and there are 4 of them in the tank on the return lines:

They are not coming our of these and there are 7 or them on the returns:

Maybe I should try the Rio 8HF pump to see if that does the same thing as the Rio 2100? You think I should try that and see that happens?

You are sucking air somewhere, and it doesn't take much to create mircobubbles... are both your returns fed from the same pump/place?
Yes they are both attached to the same pump, and then fed thru a single line that ls split by a T then one line runs from either side of the tank.
Here is the T that they are run off from:

that rules out the pump... the problem is just one one side right? It has to be an air leak on that side.
No the Micro bubbles are coming out of all 4 of the ends that look like that. I dunno why thats why I said maybe I should try my smaller pump that I have that is not rated as high as the Rio 2100. Do you think I should give that a Try and see what happens??

Are any of those nozzles on the returns not under water and not pushing water out of them?
What are you using as a siphon break?

Corey they are all under the water, and I am using like you said one of the other things for the siphon break, the second pick I posted with the ends. Its just one of the with the one hole it in and one on each side of the tank. I dunno where air could be getting in there the whole lock line is under water!!!

Honestly from the picture it looks like the flow coming out of the ends of the one nozzle look a little bit weak. With the return line being split like that so close to the pump it's fitting twice the amount of head pressure than it would be with a single line. You're probably not getting nearly enough flow. I wouldn't be surprised if you were getting well under 200gph. There may be air pockets trapped in the lines somewhere. It will probably stop eventually but will continue to happen again every time you turn the pump on and off. Maybe a stronger pump or lose a few of the nozzles and see if that helps.

I was just thinking the same thing because maybe take part of them off and try that. just use the one nozzle that I am using for the siphon break a piece of lock line and then the end nozzle, I just might try that Corey I will let you know how I make out.

I shortened the lines but there are still some micro bubbles GRRRR maybe I should just go with one return and be done with it. I will have to think about that maybe it will be the solution to my problem. I dunno. I will leave it for a few days and see what happens. Nothing in the tank right now any way, so I got time to figure it out. Thanks everyone for your help..

Corey do you think it would be because there is to much movement in the tank, like i said I have 4 Koriliia 750's in there along with the returns?
