Your setup is nice, I like it.
CL, Closed Loop. That way you would'nt need those power heads in the tank. I don't care for seeing equipment in tanks, I think it takes away from the setup. Just a pet peev....

yea still skinny looking to me, but that pic was taken 2 days after i bought it so i think he came skinny. This was my first mandarin so im not familiar yet. But there seems to be plenty of pods at night roaming around so idk why he hasnt eaten. The six line is fat and well fed from the mysis i feed daily, so im not sure whats gonna happen here. My credo is to not worry because things usually end up fixing themselves. haha well, hopefully

the anemone will stay if it is happy, which mine seems to be quite happy, measuring about a foot in diameter mid-day. The stringy thing i think youre seeing is my toadstool leather with extended polyps. Its always been like that with me, must be the flow or something, because i have enough light on it. (2x250 watt MH)

thanx everyone, the monticap is my favorite piece in the tank. it is more colorful and brighter orange than any other cap ive seen. im lucky to have such a colony.
the pink thing in the crevice is actually my rose bubble tip anemone that is in the healing process, i bought it from someone that had a tank crash and im trying to rescue it haha. even though its not a normal specimen it looks so nice with the pink that it shows haha
heres a close up

Nice Rose anemone! I am going to get one for my 75 gal reef after the cycle is done!
