I am not sure if that growth question was for me or not but I will answer it. I forgot to include that it is a 29 gallon biocube. The first coral added was the xenia and it has produced at least 4 frags that have been traded at a LFS. Next was the green polyps, they started as a small patch on a decent size rock. They have now out grown the rock and have spread onto two neighboring rocks. Since these were doing so well I figured I would try something LPS so torch was my choice. Again, yes, a frag and had probably almost half again as big as it was when I bought it (late december). The yellow leather was about the size it currently is when I bought it. It showed no open polyps for about the last 6 weeks and I moved it way up top and now it is open all the time. Just added the duncans yesterday (4/20/2009). They opened within an hour of being added to the tank and took a load of baby brine last night. That is the story so far, just hope things keep going as well as they have so far. I took a few closer pics of things, I will try to post them tonight.

I used to have a 90 gallon reef but life has changed so I don't have time for one that large any more. I must say the 29 biocube has done me right so far. I use it pretty much as it came out of the box. I run calcium and trace elements and feed brine. Water change 5 gallons every month. So far things have gone just swimmingly...so I am just sticking with what is working.

Cool... If your in the saginaw area there a really nice LFS in saginaw called Aquatic Gardens
Also in lanshing if you ever there check this place out..AMAZING
www.preusspets.com
I'm in the Saginaw area too. I would rate Preuss's the best in MI. Their people are the most knowledgeable I've found. I've been to fish stores all over the state and beyond and have yet to find one that compares. I go to Aquatic Gardens in Saginaw because they are close and I would say they are the best in the Tri-City area but don't hold a candle to Preuss's. There is a place in Clio called Something's Fishy that has a better selection and prices on fish and corals than AG.
