There is a video on how to acclimate. Watch that, then ask questions if you have any. Reason being, I have a feeling that the snails may have died to being improperly acclimated.

yeah, but i thought they were hardy enough to not have to do that intensive acclimation..
and this long?.. i put them, what over 1 month ago?..

Why did you think they wouldn't need to be acclimated the same as other inverts?
Snails can be very sensitive. Not sure if this was the problem or not, but it certainly could be. Without proper acclimation it is hard to determine a cause, if it was done properly at least you would be able to rule that out. Did you watch the video? I drip all inverts and fish. Not corals though, just float for 10 minutes and put them in.

will do from here on out.. isetup my 24 gal.. ima do a water change right now .. should i put my "dirty" tank water into my new tank it will only be 3 gallons or so but ijust want to jumpstart the cycle.. would that be okay?..

The beneficial bacteria is on hard surfaces not in the water. I see no reason to put dirty water into your other tank. Maybe someone else can chime in.

+1 dont think that would help to much but maybe a cup of sand from the old tank into the new one would help. am i right subie?

Normally yes, however since this 12 gallon is not really established yet I don't think there would be really much benefit.

thanks guys.. i actually put about anoither 2 nice big sized rocked into my new tank.. my small 12 gal is looking empty now.. lol .. its okie though.. i dont think i can maintain 2 tanks at the office right now.. imight take her down and move this stuff over 2 the big tank?.. weel seee.. id ont want my little clown to die so im doing it as slow as possible.

haha ill update the pic right now..
ALSO i found a nastyy looking thousand legged god knows what...
his head is like PINKISH and his body is blue?.. it has a ton of legs and it hides in the rocks .. its a worm/centipede type guy. I cannot get a picture of it.
is this guy bad news?

Sounds like a bristle worm, most likely you have more that you haven't seen. Most of them are a beneficial part of your clean-up-crew.

finally got my refractomemeter and boy was my salinty off..
what do i do 2 fix this?..
what is the % supoused to be at... salt is 1.026 correct?..
im at
1.032 45% ...
