Leave it the same. People likely recognize an avatar over a name a name. Changing it is like restarting...nobody recognizes your posts immediately.

+1...leave it the same...I changed mine once...and got a lot of...heyyy change it back

Yeah, avatar changes only work if people are used to you changing it and you stick with a theme (a la Bang Guy). I've had mine not only on this board but others and its been like 8 years. So I'm stuck...
