Mine was to study more and eat less. I've definitely been studying more and I'm still working on eating less, that one is truly a hard one.
I really like my roommate's though. Her's is to be healthier in body and to the earth. This means she gave up fish again (a real vegitarian instead of me, I still eat fish on occasion) she's starting to drink water instead of cola, exersizing, etc.

Doing great! It's out of your system now. You just need to get it out of your head. It took about 5 days for me to start settling down. But those first 5 days were hell.

j/k I thought it took a full 30 days for the nicotene to get out of the system?

I think it's only a few days. I quit for 5 days when I took a bloodtest for life insurance. The substance they test for to see if you use tobacco registered 0.0 on the test.
