Thats why there is a clock on the stove right? LOL
No, thats wrong.
Lets count just how many 'women's' channels on cable there are shall we?
WE Womens Entertainment
LIFE Lifetime
LRW Lifetime Real Women
LMN Lifetime Movie Network
WC Wedding Central
OWN Oprah Winfrey Network
OXY Oxygen
HSN
QVC
And how many channels are devoted to men?
Spike
MAV TV
These are my opinions and I base this on that I never ever will watch the female based networks ever and my wife will never watch the male based networks ever. She has watched ESPN for equestrian and dog competitions.
Almost all of network primetime is geared towards women basically because they do all the shopping. This makes perfect sense and I have no gripes about it. Soaps are called that due to all the soap that was advertised during those shows. Not that men dont watch soaps, but its not like it used to be. If you dont like whats on the TV then change the channel. If what you want is preempted by a sporting event, tuff noogies.
EXACTLY! You have your channels, you know where they are. They have channels for kids, women and men...even an all weather channel, and a news channel. Oh and even a hunting and fishing channel.
....Why mess with another program because a game runs overtime? Quite a few times, for weeks on end because it's football season, the network unseats a regular program slot and then the network has the nerve to cut the program because it didn't get enough ratings...the program didn't get the ratings because the majority wanted to watch the regular scheduled program, and then turned off the sports game to go find another channel.
How would you feel if Sunday football was cut off for a Oprah Winfrey special, that went on for 5 weeks straight?
