oh ok thanks. question,
many lfs told me i had to many connections on the wall. but my lights keep flickering on and off. then throughout the day like tha afternoon they turn on!

what could it be????
also i took it to the lfs and they turn on like nothing

are you using a surge protector? you might need to get one that can handle alot of plugs

well what i did was the following:
i have 2 wall connections in my room. one is filled with the 2 tank things. and i have a nice big block w.e the other one was just the t5 light and with the t5 connected with it. yet the light still flickers!

try your lights on a cfgi outlet in your house

could it be the end caps???? cause last time i was blowing hot air on them and they turn on

Did the LFS Guy blow hot air on them????

interesting. call them up and see what they say. if it is the end caps then tell them so that you can get it replaceed

i did. and they told me for the ballast the order if breaking is always like this! the first thing to break is the on/off switch. then the ballast cable. then the end caps. then the ballast.

Carlos.....none of this makes any sense.....you blow on it it works....you don;t it doesn't....it doesn't work at your house, but works at lfs and he doesn't have to blow hot air on it
WHY would you replace the end caps...the light is brand new?????

ok mom. the past days i havent blown any air to the fixture so the lights start flickering anywere in my house that i plug it in. then when i took it to the lfs they work perfect. yet again they work perfect when i turn them on and off in the morning in my house cause then in the afternoon like at 3pm they work. idk why.
but a while back i blew hot air into the light and right after they work. so i did the same today and BAM they work!!!!

im sorry if its confusing but thats the whack light i have. and its used. the guy that sold it to me said its the end caps.

i did mom. and i know i gotta change the end caps. i just hope the new acrylic will help a little with stopping the water
