I would cut those quantities in half for the first addition. I would also add 2 Florida Fighting Conchs.

Just to let them settle in and see how they do on tank clean up. Don't want to add too many and have some die for lack of things to eat. If you see that they aren't keeping up in a few weeks you could then add some more as needed.
