i hope this works..i had to crop it down to make it fit...anyone know an easier way to do that without having to cut stuff out of the pic?

when I scan my pics, I reduce them to 50% before I scan to the file. Somehow that didn't make sense when I wrote that. My scanner gives me the option after the initial scan to reduce the size. I did 50% and it worked perfect.
