$1200 for a Dussumier? I need to go into business in OC.
I am voting for the Achillies. I have a line on them for $65 shipped :)

Thanks for the responses so far.
I'm a bit surprised that the vlamingi hasn't gotten more support. This would be the easiest fish for me to add... they have several of the right size right around the corner, on sale, probably won't have any aggression problems, etc.
My wife likes tangs and voted for the powder blue. I'm just not sure that the colors on this fish would add anything special to the overall color scheme in my tank.
I was leaning towards the snapper until I talked to my wife. It is locally available, reasonably priced and would probably also have little to no aggression issues in my tank.
The Pinnatus bat is awesome and a great challenge. But they do lose some of their awsome-ness as they grow into maturity and may be intimidated with my aggressive eaters.
I am now leaning towards the achilles. It's not incredibly unusual but the colors would add a lot to my tank. If I can find the right one, at the right size, I may pull the trigger on this.
But my mind is constantly changing....

ACHILLES!!
Here's an idea. Print out those pictures above in larger size. Cut them out, paste them on your tank, and stand back. Which draws your attention?
I actually really like Vlamingi tangs...I think they are "dumb" cute with those big innocent eyes. I always smile when I see them. But they are one of those fish that can make a big tank look small after awhile. They show to their best advantage in public aquaria, IMO.

I vote achilles all the way! I want one down the road myself so I'm biased. Campbell, you might have to let me in on that line (where's the winky smile face when you need it?
)

I voted Snapper simply because out of the million threads I have looked in on the internet it is the only fish I have never seen a picture of before, or seen in anybodys tank.

I myself like the vlamingi, I have one in my 125 and it took forever to start growing. When it did start it seemed to grow more and more every day. Its amazing how fast the do grow. Im putting up my 220 tomorrow so ill be good to go for a while. I know your tank is huge so you should be safe for a while. Good luck to ya.

What about a 3 pack? I always add my fish in 3's to spread out the aggression. Maybe go with the snapper, achilles and a emporer angel. Just a thought.

I don't think I'll add 3 more total fish in this tank. I am kicking around the idea of having my next fish be the last one... maybe one more after. I have a nice balance right now with healthy fish that get along well. I don't want to do too much to disrupt that.

I personally would not do a large angel with stingrays...to much of a tendancy to pick and be inquisitive.
