Honestly, it looks like 1 of my turbo snails that dumped its shell and was looking for a new 1.

A long metal needle right through its body usually will kill it so you can pull it out of the tank. Large syringes are a perfect tool for this.

I doubt anyone could give you a positive ID with a picture.
It has flat claws so it's probably not an active predator but it will certainly be an opportunistic omnivore.
