The one thing Im disappointed most about is the failure to secure our borders, this administration along with slick willys have basically turned their backs on this issue. I wouldnt vote for either party right now. I think they both suck. Smaller government is best, unfortunately the republican party has strayed from true conservativism. Id vote for a tickle me Elmo doll before any Liberal though.

Health insurance is a privilege... the fact that more people have it is a sign of prosperity. Check the Constitution and you'll be surprised to see insurance isn't a "right". The Democratic Mayor botched the evacuation. He didn't use trains and buses at his disposal. The Democratic state legislature of Louisiana wiffed fixing the levies for years...Sorry, but it's not the Fed's job to hold your hand. Don't forget Fema was prepared to deliver supplies to the folks in the stadium but the mayor turned them away. We had a Democratic for President for 8 years... how much work went into the levies under his watch?
We live in the richest country in the world. We have the greatest opportunites in the world. Travel to Eastern Europe, Africa, S. America and then tell me about how "poor" we are around here.
Being a page? A congressman sends inappropriate IM's to 15-16 boys and is fired (stepped down before he was forced to). A former President, however, has sexual relations with a 19 year old IN THE OVAL Office and is lauded by his party... Both situations were wrong... but only in one of them did the party act appropriately and banish the creep. Don't forget it was Democrat Studds in the 80's who HAD --- with a 17 year old male page... and how many years did he remain as a Democratic congressman?
Tax cuts? Not to get personal, but you're on something illegal if you think taxes haven't been cut... Now, granted the people who pay the most have had their taxes cut the most... I mean if you don't pay much in taxes you shouldn't get much back. Still, do you want to try to convince anyone here that Democrats will cut taxes???
You've drank the cool aid my friend... the media and the democratic party have told you that it sucks to be an American and you believe them. Enjoy. There's a good number of us Americans shaking our heads at you and doing just fine...
