These are red cigar wrasse. Very interesting fish. Not aggressive toward tank mates..but as with many of the wrasse family, prepare to sacrifice your clean-up crew.
They tend to eat hermits for snack.
And these particular fish will get very big.
Here is my wrasse, but I don't remember the name of it (anyone know?) She is pretty aggressive (beat up my gobie) so I had to put her in my smaller tank with the snowflake and so far so good.

The wrasse family is a 600 plus species family, so it is very difficult to be sure by color and they do change with maturity. Quite a lot, often.
