+1 on the Korilla one, or a Korilia nano. I have a nano in my 24 and it works well. i have a nano and 1 in my 40 gallon

What kind of filter do you have on the tank and how much water does it move? Does it have an adjustable flow head, for is it like a water fall? Those may help you decided what power head you need

I was looking for the #1 Korlia power head and a nano one pops up. Would the #1 still be recomended or the nano?

The nano is way too small, and I think the #2 would be too much. So keep looking...Koralia is the best. They have a magnet and they stay you want it, and it can be angled any direction. It also creates a wave effect instead of the jet stream that maxi jets make.

This is what is says. "The Penn Plax Power Filters come equipped with adjustable flow control. A quiet, efficient motor. Easy disposable replacement cartridge. Free cartridge included. Permanent Bio-sponge stays in place while changing first stage filter cartridge. Also comes equipped with Bio-Falls wet/dry biological booster. For aquariums up to 20 gallons. 100 G.P.H. This filter provides 3-stage filtration (biological, chemical, and mechanical)."

Well how long can the fish live without the flow?

Can you adjust the filter you have now to make ripples on the top of the water to increase gas exchange until your powerhead gets here?

Thanks to everyone that helped. I just got my powerhead, and within the hour my clownfish stopped swimming around the top. Thanks for the help

So its happening again. I got the powerhead, checked all my levels and everything is fine. But he still stay at the top of the tank all day. He eats like normal but doesnt swim down. And if he does it only occasionally or to get food. So is there something else I should take into consideration? Or is he just getting used to the tank?

I have 2 clowns in my 225g that spend 80% of their time in the top right hand corner of tank...believe me I have no flow issues, and have had them almost a year now
I also have 2 clowns in my 54g that spend 80% oftheir time in the bottom right corner of tank...had them about 10 months now
Your clown may just like that spot

I agree clown fish do like certain areas and will stay there all the time. There is a difference...if the fish are sticking their nose toward the top and always at the top like that..it is oxygen starved, then there is a problem.
If the fish are not sticking their nose to the top but just hovering around the top and corners, it just likes that spot.
It is the gulping the air from the surface you need to be concerned about and watch for.

Basically what it does all day is swim around the top, and most nights just spends it in a corner. Everyone says it was lack of oxygen but I put the powerhead and its been more than 24 hours. And it ocasionally skim the top but just his fin will stick out. He doesnt stick his head out

So in other words...it is just hanging out....not gasping????
If that is the case it is probably fine

I just want to make sure
If you want to be 100% sure...post a little video
Based on what you are saying though, and the way both pairs of mine act, and from what I have read...if they are just hangin out, they are fine
