Wow coach! Your a lucky guy. I always wanted to live in Montanta, they say the winters are rough..how much snow do you get? I was raised in up state NY and the winters are long and cold so I'm no stranger to it...I miss it some what especially around Christmas. How much land do you own with that? and how expensive is land? Me and hubby are thinking of checking out hunting property in Montana, we want to make a trip of it with the horses and camp out, I don't hunt..he does, I'm just the camp cook! Thanks for sharing those!

actually the house is on 180 acres(300k+$) and we have 10acre horse break/training arena(for my 8 horses, and mule), (yes the horses run free on the fenced 180, another 40 acres across the road for the 95 cattle.we are on a reservation so the property is a safehaven for wildlife including but not limited to bears and mountain lions. as for snow,..its less then my last house in alaska,so its alright

450k is still dirt cheap for it's size... when compared to prices in Miami 450k gets you a cookie cutter 3/2... Sucks but I still wouldn't leave Miami for anything else. Luckily I own a home and duplex if not I would really be up $hits creek.
Sweet home Coach!
