#8... look at YOUR cell phone...
#5... .jpg and .mp3 are file extensions a browser can see...
problem with 11... i figured out how to find the answer but i am on my lap top and cant make the proper adjustments... lol... i guess i am done for the evening...

you'll need to download one of the programs they offer to do number 11, if its the one that doesnt work on his screen.

help #5!!! im at the part where it says "No need to download this again, you just need to access this page" then a page that says little then some weird file that when i play it says game,game,game

do a search on those numbers listed on the clue screen. you need to convert the numbers to letters figure out the pattern, then convert the fourth word in the pattern back to numbers.
