We just got one and the LFS said it would be fine even if we put it on the sand..but I'm a bit skeptical...

I dont have a devils hand. But it should be fine in the sand bed under the pcs they dont need much light

Shes been doing good. Going after food all day long. Hoping I dont run out. Seemed like she ate a little home made food last night when I was feeding the corals real good

Took Kobe out last night. Wasnt bothering the Madadrain or anything they actually got along great and did better with the goby than he did with the clownfish.
So its just one Fish in there now.
took the XMAS Favia out and sold it. So its open space up there now. Thinkinh about SPS in that spot. Or just more zoas. But I want IDK. Need my 40 up for my SPS ad what not, but IDK. Now I have a few spots for a couple new pieces of corals.
That is whenever I get some money

Rebel, the time is coming soon that I will be upgrading the lighting in my cube as well. Question, would you say that the Ushio 20k is bluer than the stock lighting with actinics?

Yeah most def is. I like the color of it a lot

So it is bluer. Hmm, I like blue but I don't want it to be overwhelmingly blue. Problem is there is not many 70 watt bulbs to choose from.

Yeah I know...
I dont think itll be to blue. I wanted it blueer in my tank so Im gonna add another actinic bulb to my 18 inch t5 fixture and figure out a wat to hang it over my tank as well lol...
With the Ushio 20K it still has a nice day time Feel to the tank. Right now Im runnin that and just one 18 inch t5 actinic over my tank

Ok, good to know, thanks for the info. Bummed you sold the christmas favia, that was a nice piece. What kind of sps are you getting, you gotta talk to Mr. X, he has great corals.
