Quick update sold my Mandarin... Not that is wasnt eating or anything it actually even looked healthier then it did when I got it...
Just got diff plans for the tank.
Prolly wont get a new fish since im broke til end of month maybe... Well see

Hey Rebel i really love the pic of your tank...it looks very natural. which light was on when you took that pic? meaning were those the daylights? Nissan is trying to get me to get MH, which i'm for as long as the daylights make the tank look natural. that's one thing i hate about my pc, the tint of the lights turns me off when running the daylights.

well the MH has many different type of bulb color. the 20k looks like my tank. a deep blue water color. a 14k looks like a bright white color really nice.

That FTS shot was shot with the haldie on. Im runnin a 20K bulb on my fixture...
If u get halide go 20K for a nice crisp blue tint...
14K a nice bluish White tint...
10K Ugly yellow White lol

Unless ur gonna supplemnt the 10K with some actinics

Hey I got myself a 16.5 inch 70 watt sunpod
Already has a one month old 20k bulb (I think it is an XM bulb.) I can't wait.

Dang thats sweet. That means the bulb is already broken in and everything. Cant beat the dang deal u got!!!
Cant wait to see them on the tank! I hope u like the 20K!

Just more lights. By supplemnting I was just saying add some actinics to burn with it so the tank wont be so yellowish white. Itll havea blue tint...
Suppllement just add more!
