I checked the light it says: Includes appropriate number of HQI double-ended bulbs, compact fluorescent bulbs, and Lunar Blue-Moon-Glow LED lamps. It would be 280 watts instead of 192, thats an 88 watt difference, hmm those 88 watts sure make a big difference ehh?

it's not the wattage it's the intensity. because of the MH. more of the light can penitrate the water. your paying for a greater PAR value not the wattage.

A Royal Gramma is always one of the first fish I add to my reef..I'd take a look at the Flame Back dawrf angels..I really like these fish for a small tank. I had a Brazilian (Centropyge aurantonotus) in my old 55. The African Flameback Angel (Centropyge aurantonotus) cost a little more but is well worth it..Both are smaller then the angels you mention and probably more reef safe. Another nice looking, very small reef safe angel is the Cherub. These are probably the smallest.
Here a link to an old, bad picture of the one I had 5+ years ago..

I have decided to get that Aqualight Pro HQI/Compact Fluorescent/Lunar Light fixture that you reccomended I read that it has the highest light output from a single combination fixture and its worth taht to be able to keep clams and anything else. (still debating whether i'll buy the sump or make one) And if you don't mind me asking where did you get your life rock, website, or LFS?

I'm not sure if it is a coralife product or not... I just found the cheapest one with all the thing I would like on it...
as far as my LR. I was lucky enough to get it from someone who had just went to a convention (don't know which one) and bought way to much rock. so.... I go 100# for $125. but I have to cure it. and it's figi. I heard that this site has some really really nice rock

I've always looked at it like this..Think of the lowest end product on the market, then drop down a few more steps and you'll find Coralife..Thier lighting systems are by far the worst of the worst. Most LFS that I've visited over the past 20+ years have carried thier products. Just about everytime I'd visit one of these LFS I'd see a returned CL lighting system behind the counter...

And actulley I think that the first one you recommended would be better because its about 7 watts per gallon and I'm pretty sure its not coralife... and I've always heard that coralife arent that bad anyway. If it was coralife it would say coralife somehwere, I think the brand is Aqualight Pro. So i dunno what you were talking about..
