36" CORALIFE AQUALIGHT PRO HQI HALIDE LUNAR LIGHT NEW!!
so... Golfish may be right.
id did a yahoo search for coralife aqualight pro and found that Coralife and Aqualight are you together quite often...
so yeah Golfish is right. that is a coralife product. now I haven't been able to do an research on the product itself... that may have to wait till tomorrow

but what is bad about coralife products? if so many stores have them, why are they bad? At every store near me all they have is coralife, so they can't be that bad.

Im basically ready to start ordering tonight, I am planning on getting:
Maxi-Jet Wavemaker System M900 (640 gph)(Wavemaker + 3 powerheads)
Aqualight Pro HQI/compact fluorescent/lunar light fixture 280 watt
AquaC Remora (there is an option for drain-fitting what does that do?)
50 lbs of LR
40 lbs of LS
Food: Kent Liquid Calcium, Kalkwasser Mix, posssibly phytoplankton/zooplankton
Does this tank setup look good to hold basically any coral? I might get a sump later on, but will it affect the tanks performance much without it for a while? And latino since your tank looks so great! what do you feed your corals?
Thanks
:joy: :joy:

I'm not sure if it is a coralife product or not... I just found the cheapest one with all the thing I would like on it...
Do you think maybe its cheap because its CHEAP...Other then a MH bulb what else do you NEED?

Good luck... I have to add that I do a 10 G week water change on my 125g tank. if you do frequent water changes you won't have to dose anything more that Calc and alk.

do you make your own saltwater? my LFS sells it for $1 a gallon premade and freshwater for $.50 a gallon, i know there are special mixes for reef tanks, but.. who knows.

i also bought a skimmer like box for my protein skimmer that skimms the top of the water into the area with the pump in it and has room for filtration media, And if i actulley did have a sump, the only different thing then what I have now that i'd have is more live rock, so if I do end up getting a sump, it will be basically just for more live rock.
