nano, the bigggest difference ever. It went from 83 degrees to a steady 77.5 - 78.00..




my fan was fairly large and a bit of an overkill.. so i have it pointed kinda up twords thelight it self and it breezes across the surface of the water as well.. i noticed wheni had it completly breezing over the top of the water my tank was getting to cold and i had to turn up the heater.
i have it set so the fan comes on ony when the lights are on and it has been more then fine. i really think you do not need a chiller... unless your room gets VERY hot in summer.

check amazon, couple of theguys here linked me to some decent fans, and seems like everywhere you go this time around they only carry the larger fans like the oens ihave... none of the mini clip ons you can find on amazon.
go 1-2-3 pages back in my thread and you can find the links.. lmk if you have trouble finding it and i will find them my self for you.

yeah tell me about it.. now im waiting for the next obstacle.. there always seems to be sommthing.. my main concern is my water evap now..
hey spanko (or anyone else that has purple cloves).. somtimes my cloves look beautiiiiful.. open, shining, everythign is fine.. and then at times it looks all shriveld (the leafs).. is this normal or do you think my water is off?..

That's pretty cool with the fan, I'll probably do that because my Sunpod is making water temperatures go up and down
Or maybe I'll somehow make the mountable legs a bit higher, let's say an extra 10" perhaps?

Depends, at night mine tend to shut down. If during the day they are doing this of course the first check is all your notmal parameters, ammonia, trites, trates, Ph, Sg. If all is good there check the flow, maybe too much. Also ifwhen snails or hermits decide to take a look for some food hiding in between polyps that could cause them to close up.

bottom right/top left... cant identify mushrooms i just got. Pictures do not justify how bright these mushrooms are.. Straight neon green. There two different mushrooms.. one is bubbely.

haha.. i have actually have gone nuts with frags... i keeeeeep buying some..
ATO i need a sump which i dont have.. they get expensive overall.. im looking at 200ish at least.
