new results
ammonia higher than .25 but lower than .50
nitrite a little higher that .25 but lower than .50
nitrate 15-20
ph 8.3
looks like the cycle is almost over as nitrate is rising and other levels are falling!

IMO your cycle shouldnt be considered over until your nitrate also reads near zero if you are planning a reef. I was lucky, I used rock from my LFS, that was pre-cycled, so I had near to no cycle at all

Cool, everything is going down! Ur lucky you have friends that are into the fish thing. My mfriends are supportive, but think its kinda weird. LOL We were having a food fight near the tank (bad idea) and a few apple jacks dropped in. :) Luckily no ill effects after 3 months. GL with your tank. You should post in the highschoolers thread.

well over an hour later im done!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS TANK LOOKS BEAST! And i think my bta is splitting! its by a rock but it LOOKS like both sides of it are stretching in different directions! I got a corner of the tank where theres a pass through thats surrounded by ZOOS! call it zoo way lol! Also found a coral that hitchhiked UNDER my mushroms! BUT, most of the corals arent open SO.........................you guys have to wait until tomorow.
