Omphalocelle (Or some spelling close to that) Yes your description is correct. The outer skin covering her belly never closed up. I am still amazed that they operated on her when she was less than 24 hours old. BTW She was in the NICU for 30 days, that is how I know you are an angel. Any nurse that works there is an angel in my book.
