wow, i havent posted here in a quite some time lol. I wanted to post pics of my lights on, but my camera's LCD screen is broken so i cant turn off the flash
. But I got my refractometer n the first part of my test kits! I ordered all the rest of my equpitment. The only things left are the RO unit, lr, ls n FISH!! I will post pics as soon as i can get a hold of a decent camera..

ALRIGHT.. im digging this thread up from its watery grave. I think I hold the record for longest tank setup ever no fish and almost one year in
. (one year in april). It is still not done. I will be getting a hold of a good camera 2day so hopefully i can get some pictures of my lights, sincemy camera is broken.
But I havent been just sitting around doing nothing. Been gathering money to finish this. I finally got all my plumbing hooked up. I have the wood for the canopy, I have no idea wen it will be built. I may do a leak test this week I have vacation!!!
I will try and get pics of that all at once. Srry for the boring post just had to say something.
All that is left is RODI (typhoon), LR and my LS. The only thng I cant decide is wat and how much LR I want to do. Some types of LR im lookin at are
Fiji-45 lbs
this really nice white lace rock- 40 lbs
tognga branch- 20 lbs
lalo live rock- 30 lbs
I wouldn't buy all of it, I only want 90-100 lbs of rock. I just dont know what will look good together

Congrats on the tank so far, suggestions for live rock....hmmm... its really what you think will look best.

Im in need of some help.. im doing a leak test now and as I was filling up my sump.. and i noticed my bubble filter is floating.. how do i stop this ? Should I just jam it in?

umm deffinetly acans, zoas, mushrooms, rics, LPS? it woudl be cool to keep higher light corals like acro n brains but I dont think I can keep them with my lights, idk even high up. Any suggestions for coral im just kind of guessin right now..
