I've got many pics of Riley up here but here are a few more. He takes a lot of crap from my boys!
He's even teaching them how to drink like he does!
I love pictures like this...I can almost hear the children giggle with delight. Just a happy little moment, frozen in time. LOL...Now I want a visit from my grandkids...see what you did

Yep and his name is Cooper.
I like that name..Cooper matches him......I have a question...... Did you name your dog before you got him? I did my dogs, I know I wanted a male when I got him and the type of dog, same when I went looking for a female, and found the name and decided on it before I got the puppy. My husband said a puppy isn't like a baby, but I disagree.

I couldnt imagine naming a dog before ever seeing himher! When we got Riley, it wasnt until he was in the crate on the way home from the shelter that we decided to call him Riley.

I agree.....I try to pick out a name that suits their personalities.....Rosie was because she was so cute (LOL)....and Pixie was named cause she was so tiny she reminded me of a little Pixie....doesn't really fit her anymore though
when we were looking for a dog, i was set on getting a female yellow lab and naming her Rosie. but when we found our dog, Rosie didnt fit. so Cali it was.

LOL...That happens quite often, exactly like a human baby. My mother said she was always planning to name her baby girl Sonya....but she said when I came along she looked at me and said that I just wasn't a Sonya.....she named me Deborah, my little sister is Sonya.
Still a name was in place before you got your puppy, it may not be set in concrete but it was a name..
He likes fish tanks too I see...LOL...does he ever just stand still for a picture? Was he running in that last picture or afraid of the snow? (love the embarassed in the cold comment, priceless!)
^Yeah He is a little model. I get comments on him everywhere he goes. He still is a wild little boston like every other Boston, but he will pose for me when I tell him to.
Named him after. Me, wife and two girls each came up with two names that we liked the most and put them in a hat and drew his name.

we had dozer for two weeks before i came up with a name i liked.i really wanted to name him nitro but we had a puppy just before him that died of parvo.so i didnt want to use the same name.
seems easir to name a baby than a dog.you always want something catchy and a bit funny .

Here's Kali, my dobie she's a 2.5 hrs old, the shephards are my brothers dogs Elli (3.5 years) and Hades who is around 5-6 months I believe
Now with dogs like that you never have to worry about the bad guys. Hansome dogs.
