Smoking ban in public places

No No i wasnt irritated at all.
I am the first one to happily point out the white trash when I am out. Pretty bad in my area when the mother and child can both go to the same pediatrician for a few year). People just irritate me in general. I swear I am not hard to get along with.
even being a smoker I hate people that flick their cigs out the window and dont use ashtrays. I mean come on people if you are going to pollute the air atleast dont litter too.
As you see I dont post a whole lot. More into dartfrogs cant figure out the lights for my tank kinda thing.
But anyways did not want to start any trouble. ( dont think I have actually) but if you ever want swap white trash stories let me know. I have plenty. Most recent being in a bar that has poker machines and the lady brought her welfare check in and signed it over to the bartender and preceded to loose it all in tha machines and then after a few beers said OH I have to go pick up my son from the bus stop. But you know I did not see her smoke a cigarette the whole time

Ok, let me put it to you a different way. I understand everyone's concern's regarding smokers and their dislike for the smell and possible risk to you and your family,s health from second hand smoke. But the majority of the arguments is it smells bad, I hear this all the time and people don't want to smell smoke when out.
I went to a Restaurant a few days ago. we were seated next to a family. One member of this family smelled like they haven't showered for months. BO rolling off them bad. Now I know everyone has encountered this. Has anyone ever asked that the bad smelling person be moved off to another area? No you ask to get seated somewhere else, put up with it and comment about later, or you leave.
To me it is the same thing, you have choices. Life is a series of choices. It always has been. Yes I smoke, but my fiance does not. Ever since we started dating we have only frequented restaurants that are smoke free because she dislikes the smell. Not once has she stated their should be a law against smoking in public. Anytime the goverment makes laws taking away our right of choice we become less and less of a free country. No one forces you to go to smoking restaurants and bars. But now I am FORCED to go to non-smoking bars and restaurants, where is my choice. You had choices before the same as I. Now I have no choice because people like you felt my choices and and me as a person aren't valued as highly as yourself.
That is my problem with all of it. It makes smokers less than non smokers.
For the record, I smoke outside my home, not in my car when any member of my family is in it. I always have, I am a considerate person when it comes to non smokers, I stay away from entry ways and usually stand out in the wind even in winter as to not offend anyone with my habit.
Yet noone ever stops to think that maybe their dislike and distatse for smokers is offensive to to smokers. We are not evil people out to kill you with secondhand smoke. We have a habit that is just as addictive as heroin...what is really funny is drug addicts are felt for more than smokers....
Oh and how many people against smoking want pot legalized....I hear this a lot from many non-smokers....Is it just me or is that redundant?

If you walk into a eatery and don't like the color of the walls or the music they play do you have the right to make them change it? No, just like they don't have the right to make you eat there. Don't like smoke don't go to establishments that allow smoking. Quit trying to cram your opinions down a buisiness owner or their patrons throats. And no, I don't smoke and never have other than a very occasional cigar. I like smoke free places but I also realize I have no right to force all places to go smoke free.

If that's correct, I find that ridiculous. If you go out to dinner and have one glass of wine or a single drink, you're going to blow over .008!
I asked my hubby (sergant pd) its .08 in fla.
