I was going to use the L bars that I have to support the heat sinks and suspend them from the top of the canopy evenly. If I went with Bridgelux, I was going to use them for the heatsinks, but put them closer together and use a couple of fans blowing directly on them to cool them off.

My bad Seth.....I thought you were using the "L" aluminum to mount the stars to......You saying that if you opt to go Bridgelux you'd use the "L" and mount the stars directly to the "L".......Spacing the LEDs closer.....
