Brine shrimp has absolutely NO nutritional value...

Mysis is good. Also, ArtiPods are good if the fish are small. Spirulina Brine shrimp (not regular brine).
Something most people overlook or just don't know:
Clown fish are actually omnivores, NOT carnivores. This means that they should not ONLY be offered meaty foods, but many will not just take vegetation like a tang or anglefish will. A good solution to this problem is spirulina brine and EMERALD ENTREE which has both vegetation and meat. Vitamins is always a good thing, but don't use too much.
Very true. Its surprising how many of us don't know that clowns are omnivores, not carnivores. The opposite is true with most Dwarf Angels; they are not herbivores, but also omnivores. Also, +1 on the vitamins, I swear by them.

Mysis shrimp, especially PE Mysis (specific brand), Rod's Food, spirulina brine, cyclop-eez, arctipods and other types of copepods. Chopped squid, scallops, krill. Oyster eggs
The list is endless. Having a variety is the best option. Rod's Food basically has everything mixed together.
As for your comment about letting your LFS foster your fish for you: 9 times out of 10, this is a bad option, especially with saltwater fish. Fish stores are not going to give the same care to a fish as in a home aquarium. They're going to feed whatever is cheep, not necessarily what is the best nutrtionally (brine shrimp). And most fish tanks circulate the same water with each other in a LFS, so when one tank gets Ich or some other parasite, they all do. Test the water the next time you purchase something at your LFS, more than likely you will not be happy and would not want your fish in that water.
You should have a quarantine tank for when something goes wrong.

yes ive read about how many people think clowns are omnivores im numerouse books
a book irecommened for everyone to read is Marine Aquarists Manual by Hans A. Baensch
although this book is pretty old there is still alot about water chemistry and all the nthings that a saltwater aquarium keeper should now ...... just if you want to read about filters and fish dont nessecarly listen to this book, because you now tback then it was harder to keep fish and corals and the filters were differnent! still i think everyone should read it.

i was just saying in his case and yes i now but my saltwater fish store has also freshwater but they dont sirculate the same water because i checked and besides wen its summer im going to work there so i already now a lot about them and they only feed frozen foods. and also they have VERY expensive fish so i dnt think they would risk them with bad water chemistry......

I test my LFS's water every time I bring something home, just for giggles, and my response ranges from shock to horror
.
Then I call them and talk snit about it.
