I dont know RU. I would take a 1 2 punch with Barber and Jones over cadilac , you always have a back that is rested and both of them are perfectly capable of a big run .... experts are saying NFL running back should build themselves by watching tapes of Barber's no give up play .

youre right it takes two cryboys to do the job of one Buc... you have such a double standard when discussing football... ofcourse players are better when they are healthy... Cadillac went for almost 1200 yds last year and he missed 3 games... that was close to being more than Barber and Jones combined...

I picked up Romo on my fantasy team 4 weeks ago... its not killing me that he is having a slightly above average season... and if TO would have caught a few more balls Romos stats would be padded a little more... I also have TO on my fantasy team and it would have helped my team out as well...
Funny how you picked up all these Cowboys for your fantasy team even though they both supposedly suck?? :notsure: Do you have Julius, Witten and our defense
also???

Show me 1 statement from a gm that says they would rather have Eli than Romo. That is a ridiculous request and you know it. Noone would dare badmouth the great Mannings much less why would anyone ask or answer that question to a GM ???
Romo has outplayed Eli on the field without doubt, with according to you a far inferioor supporting cast. So how exactly is Eli better except for the name on his jersey????? :notsure:

i never said the players suck... i dont think whitten is a very good TE, i do like some of the Dallas D, julious is at best a 3rd tier, and you can keep vanderchoke!!! (who is the real reason the colts didnt make the SB 2 years now)

LMAO. how exactly is 1178 almost more than 1531???? And thats with Barber barely playing until Julius got hurt and even then as just a 3rd down back.
Those 2 "cryboys" are leading one of the best ground games in the NFL to the playoffs. Where again is Cadillac leading the Bucs????
You are stocking up on Cowboys for your fantasy team while everyone benches Cadillac in their fantasy leagues

By the way, Julius is owned in 100% and started in 82% of all cbssportsline fantasy leagues and thats as a 3-5th round pick. Cadillac(START LAUGHING NOW
) is only OWNED in 97%(3% have actually DROPPED HIM!!!!! :scared: ) and only started in 47% of the leagues!!! :hilarious And that is as a 1-2 round pick AT WORST!!! That should give you a small indication of how bad Cadillac has played this year and what Julius has done

The "experts" including all GM's agree with me..which is why he was a #1 pick.
And I hear the lock coming.

Witten is a good blocker and he is good in the short to medium routes. he does not have the legs of a Winslow, Gates or Gonzalez which is why he can not be placed in the top tier regarding tight ends from a receiving standpoint. He is probably a far superior blocker than the others in the rush game.
he is a solid player...but far from the best tight end in football overall. He probably fits the Dallas system better than the other TE's I mentioned.
I'm sure even Jerry Jones would offer Jones/Barber for Cadillac...that would make the Cowboys a better team IMO.

Yeah , and hes a bust as the #1 pick

And the only reason he was the #1 pick is what ive said numerous times, the name on the back of his jersey. Without that he would not be starting in the NFL.
p.s.- If this gets locked, that is PATHETIC! Unlike the other threads, I dont think there has been 1 single attack or insult to anyone

Playoffs his first full year as a starter and a first place slot this year plus a victory over the mighty Cowboys at their house is far from over rated bust. Ryan Leaf would fit the definition..but not Eli through 3 seasons.

I do not beleive the nfl GM's s select #1 picks based on a name. They do so based on their beleif of potential and talent...name has NOTHING to do with it..other than the respect the Manning family has throughout the nfl....but that does not EQUAL a #1 pick....the name.
I doubt ANY nfl team would waste a #1 pick on a name..but you a free to beleive that if you so choose.

youre right Barber and Jones have had AMAZING careers man!!!
one day they too will acheive the bench mark of 1,000 yds in a single season... who cares about cbs sports line, besides (start laughing now) is Barber even owned by 50% or even drafted by a team??? i have 2 cowboys on my fantasy team... not really stocking up... i like to have a QB and WR combonation since my other 2 QBs got injured i picked up Romo because of TO...
I would certainly try to trade Eli for Romo... any smart Eli owner would turn that down in a heartbeat... unless of course they are a cowboy fan...

I guess Kyle Orton is great also then. I dont know what games you are watching if you think Manning has led them to these wins. Other than the philly game, the defense or running game has ALWAYS been what wins for the Giants, not Eli. He played horrible last night, he played HORRIBLE against Seattle, HORRIBLE against Chicago and not to good against Tampa and Atlanta. We'll see how long it takes for Romo to have 3 HORRIBLE games

He certainly didnt beat us either! We SPANKED him 2 times last year and he was 12-26-189-1-2 against us this year. Hard to say he was what won the game, they won in spite of his poor play because of our 50 turnovers

LMAO, as a BACKUP GOALLINE back, Barber is owned by(DRUMROLL..........) 93% of fantasy teams on cbssportsline(barely lower than Yugo Williams
) and started in 44%of leagues!!!!( AGAIN BARELY LOWER THAN YUGO!!!!!
). NOW THAT IS FUNNY!!! OUR BACKUP HAS BASICALLY THE SAME %'S AS YOUR STARTER!!!!!!!!!!
p.s.- Good for you, you got the best qb-wr combo you could have hoped for!!!

Also, Barber, our backup, this year alone has 2 more touchdowns than Cadillac in his career including his amazing rookie year

nah... would rather have Manning - Harrison, Manning - Buress, Bulger - Holt or Palmer - OchoCinco... i picked 11th overall in my draft and was left scraps...

why dont you just compare your second year guy to the Bucs second year guy??? you have to throw in another back to compare them, thats why!!!

No. No way teams way overvalued him because his brother is a perennial MVP QB in the league. Couldnt happen.
People believe in his pedigree and that he will be great so most teams would take Eli over Romo since Romo is a nobody. HOWEVER, NO WAY and i mean NO WAY!!! can any of you tell me that Eli is playing better than Romo right now or for that matter for any 4 game stretch this year. You all know deep down that right now, this sunday, Romo is the better QB than Eli

Every one of you, wether you admit it or not, would rather have Romo starting for you this week than Eli and thats a fact!

Our 2nd year guy isnt a starter but still has 9 times as many TD's as Cadillac!
If Jones is allowed to leave next year and Barber is our full time starter, he will DEFINITELY be better than Cadillac. GUARANTEED!

The question I beleive is whether any nfl team would today selct a ROmo as their streter over Eli. I doubt seriously you would have a single team that would make that selection.......
You make get some fantasy hacks that would...but I doubt a single nfl GM would make that call as of today.
I suggest you review his stats in College....this is why he was a #1. Plus the given that mnay "experts" felt he had the potential coming out of College to be the most talented of all the Manning QB's...including his dad.
