K--I'd have to drink alot to spit them across the room, cause I know I have to clean them up! I would probably do that outside. I'm getting to old to drink that much anymore and think it is fun. When my teeth and thighs go numb, its time to stop + now I fall asleep before I get to that point. It doesn't help when I like to drink in front of the aquarium or a campfire, just too relaxing.
Man, I feel old now.
LOL.....kinda makes it sound like this is all I (or we) do on here....
that is not the case....HAHAHAHAHAHA.....I already have a pitcher made up from yesterday though.....I made a 2nd...and DID NOT need another one....

Tuna sounds good (I've had hospital food the last 2 days--yuck). We will have to give that a try, hubbie is a GREAT fish cooker, he is good at all kinds but trout is his speciality. Man, the cake looks good too.....I'm gonna have to rummage around the kitchen.

Adult popcycles:
4 tea bags
2c. boiling water
2 1/2 c. sugar
6oz. frozen orange juice
7c. water
1c bourbon (Jack Daniels )

12oz. frozen lemonade
Make tea in boiling water. Remove tea bags. Add all other ingredients. Freeze overnight. Stir one time while freezing and again before serving if possible. Scoop up individual servings.
Some people like to pour 7-up or Sierra Mist over it. Personally, I like it plain in a styrofoam cup with a spoon. This makes a big batch.
Corn/Bean Dip:
Mix together the follow:
1 jalepeno--finely seeded + chopped
fresh cillantro chopped to taste
1/2 c. ranch dressing
1/4 c. italian dressing
1 t. chili powder
1 t. black pepper
1/2 t. garlic powder
Add the following and refrigerate overnight:
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 medium tomatoe--seeded and diced
1/2- green pepper--seeded and diced
1/2c. red onion--finely diced
Butterscotch Cake: THIS IS YUMMY!!
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can of 15.75oz Thank You brand butterscotch pudding (if you can't find this subsitute 4 small snack pack butterscotch puddings)
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
Mix all of the above together. Place in a greased, or sprayed 9x13 baking pan.
Sprinkle on top: 1/2 c. brown sugar and 6 to 12 oz of butterscotch baking chips (I am generous with both)
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min (look at the back of the cake mix box) No frosting needed.

Alright...one more, while I'm making it I thought I would post. This is a must have at our house for the 4th. (but we love it anytime)
Scotcheroos:
1c. sugar
1c. light corn syrup
Bring to a gentle boil for approx. 30-60 seconds. Take off heat and add 1c. creamy peanut butter. Working quickly (sets up fast) add to 6c. rice krispy cerel. Pour into a 9X13 pan that was sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Use a piece of waxed paper to press down into pan until evenly distrubited.
On very low heat melt together 1 package choc. chips and 1 package butterscotch baking chips. Pour it on top of rice krispy mixture. Let set until top is hard.

Another new recipe.....it's in the oven LOL..SO Obviously I have no clue how it tastes....LOL...BUT I had to get rid of a few bananas..and I LOVE peanut butter
Peanut Butter Banana Bread

  • Cooking spray

  • 1 1/4 cup(s) (5.35 ounces) all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

  • 1/2 cup(s) creamy peanut butter (do not use "natural")

  • 2/3 cup(s) sugar

  • 3 large ripe bananas, mashed with a fork

  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten
1/2 cup(s) chopped walnuts or chopped pecans (optional)
1/2 cup(s) miniature chocolate chips (optional
[list type=decimal]
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mist a 5 x 9-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt with a fork. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer on medium-low speed, beat the peanut butter and sugar together until well blended, about 2 minutes. Beat in the mashed banana and eggs; mix well.
Using a wooden spoon or flexible spatula, stir the flour mixture into the peanut butter–banana mixture, mixing until just combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a flexible spatula if needed. Stir in the chopped nuts and/or chocolate chips, if using.
Pour the batter into the pan and gently smooth the top with the flexible spatula. Bake 45 minutes. Cover the pan loosely with foil and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes in the pan.
Remove the bread by running a paring knife around the inside of the pan to loosen it, then inverting the pan to release the bread onto a wire rack. Carefully turn the bread right-side up and cool completely. Slice and serve. Wrap any leftovers tightly in plastic wrap and foil; keep at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 1 month.

I am going to make this on Friday. Now, I never cook or bake so I will need some luck that I don't burn myself or poison anyone.
